Privacy policy

What I collect

  • Your account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with me.
  • Your trip request: where you want to go, your dates and flexibility, the number of travelers, cabin, hotel needs, the points and miles balances you list, and any notes you add.
  • Payment records: the amount, date and status of your deposit and balance. Card details go straight to Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
  • When you agreed to the non-refundable deposit, and whether you asked for occasional points and travel tips by email.

I never ask for the passwords to your airline, hotel or credit card accounts. Please don't send them to me.

How I use it

  • To research your trip, email you itinerary options, and help you book.
  • To take your deposit and balance payments and send receipts and status updates.
  • To send points and travel tips, only if you ticked the box asking for them. Reply to any of those emails to stop them.

Who I share it with

I don't sell or rent your information. I share it only with the services that run this site, and only so they can do their part:

  • Clerk runs sign-up and login
  • Neon stores your account and trip requests in a database
  • Stripe processes your payments
  • Google (Gmail) receives my copies of request notifications
  • Google Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are useful
  • Hostinger hosts this website and my business email

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep you signed in and to process payments securely. It also uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful, such as how many people view the pricing section. I don't use this for advertising, and it doesn't include your trip details or payment information. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.

How long I keep it

I keep your account and request history while your account is open and for as long as I need payment records for tax and accounting. You can ask me to delete your account and requests at any time, and I'll remove what I'm not required to keep.
